Can the AI assistant build a workflow or follow-up sequence for me?

Yes. Start with the AI assistant for anything you create. You do not need to know how to build it, only how to explain what you want, and the clearer and more specific you are, the closer the result.

Describe the sequence in plain words: the business and what it does, the trigger (for example when someone gets the tag demo, or a new lead), the channels, the timing and what each message should say. For example: build a follow-up sequence with an email, a wait, then an SMS, with a couple of follow-ups over seven days. Or: a chiropractor client needs a database reactivation campaign using agents and a workflow, with a free adjustment as the incentive, over text and email as a seven day sequence, with best practices and strong marketing copy. If you add "do not ask me any more questions, just create it", it builds in one go; you can also let it ask questions.

The assistant plans the timing, writes the copy using variables such as the contact's first name, and builds the workflow. Put everything you know in the first message, because that costs fewer credits than correcting it afterwards. Because the assistant knows which page you are on, you can open it from inside a workflow, form or agent and say "build a workflow here".

Everything it builds is editable. Check, review and test it before using it. For small edits, such as changing an email body or an SMS, it is usually faster to edit the message yourself. If it sets a wait you do not want, edit the wait step. Once you are comfortable, simple email and SMS drip campaigns are often faster to build by hand.
